Porcelain Veneers/Dental Veneers

Porcelain veneers are the ideal solution to an improved aesthetic look in modern dentistry. Veneer candidates are chosen when they have problematic areas such as gaps, chipped or broken teeth.

This is done by bonding wafer thin, semi-translucent ‘shells’ over your existing teeth. Veneers are wafer thin shells, measuring approximately 0.4mm-1.0mm of hand-made porcelain, that are then bonded to the surface of your tooth. They are made to aesthetically enhance your smile. They have been designed to be durable, strong and to mimic your natural teeth.

Porcelain veneers will allow you to have beautiful teeth which will create a more youthful smile.

Porcelain Crowns

Porcelain/Ceramic crowns, are made to cover the entire tooth that have had 1-2mm of their outer surface removed. Single or multiple crowns can be manufactured depending on individual cases. Each crown is designed to match or improve your own teeth. Each crown is hand made.

Most patients have shown incredible interest in teeth whitening.

Dental Cleaning (Scale and Polish)

Its highly advisable that you book a clean at least once a year but every patient is different and may need a clean as regularly as every three months. It is generally a 45-minute clean in the chair with Leanne where we scale and polish. Leanne will inform Dr Dente if anything is out of the normal.

Dental implants are metal/ceramic posts that are surgically placed into the jawbone. Once placed, they allow your dentist to mount the ceramic tooth replacement on top of the post.

This is usually done when a patient is missing a tooth or teeth. They are made to aesthetically enhance your smile and create functionality in place of a lost tooth.
